Private tutor in Vancouver, Canada

Education

I hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Material Science from Fraser University and a Master of Physics from Lakehead University.

Experience

Currently, I am working as a research assistant at Simon Fraser University. I have five years of experience as a seasonal instructor in major Ontario and BC universities and three years of experience in advanced learning techniques. A lot of my tutoring students hold an average grade of A-. I have tutored various physics courses between Physics 100 and Physics 211, math between Math 100 and Math 180, and other courses, including ESL and IELTS. I am available to help with various levels of math including elementary math, high school math, calculus, and algebra. I am comfortable working with students at the high school and college levels. Math can be difficult to comprehend for some students. I can break difficult concepts down into smaller, easier-to-understand steps. If you have an upcoming test, I can help with that as well.
