I'm a tutor who has a wide range of experience. I'm happy to tutor one-on-one or in group settings. My time as the Access and Diversity Tutor at UBC involved helping students with disabilities to develop strategies for learning and studying through the Strategic Content Learning tutoring approach and working on specific areas of focus identified by the individual student and their Accessibility advisor. Focus areas include learning & memory, attention & organization, communication, behavior, interpersonal skills, sensory, wellness & self-care, and campus resources. As a first-year Math and Economics Tutor at UBC, I helped students to develop better strategies for learning and studying and get a good command of first-year Math and Economics. I received a high score in SAT Math and I have taken 2 Calculus classes and 2 high-level Statistics/Econometrics classes at UBC.

Hello everyone, I grew up in India and came to Canada to attend university. I recently returned from my exchange term at the University of Amsterdam, and I did tutoring and babysitting to pay for my trip to Switzerland and Barcelona. I have always enjoyed tutoring because it is such a rewarding job. Nothing is more satisfying and beautiful to me than sharing my knowledge and helping students get better at studying and not just helping them to get good grades. I am excited to be back in Vancouver and really looking forward to tutoring and finishing my degree. Lastly, I love dancing and drinking tea in my free time. I like to read and watch movies and explore the museums in whichever city I'm in.
